30 Days Free Returns

CloseYou may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). How it works

Pookie the Panda uses Deep Pressure Therapy (DPT) a calming technique that applies gentle pressure to the body, similar to the feeling of a hug. This pressure activates your parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for helping you relax, recharge, and feel safe.

When you hug Pookie or let his weighted arms wrap around you, it sends a signal to your brain that says:

"You're safe. You can slow down now."

This physical cue helps:

  • Lower cortisol levels (the stress hormone)
  • Reduce anxiety and overwhelm
  • Calm racing thoughts
  • Boost serotonin and dopamine (your happy and feel-good chemicals)

Washing and care

Even with weighted arms, Pookie can still be washed easily!

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth for smaller messes. For deeper cleaning, hand wash gently using mild soap and air dry.

Machine washing and harsh chemicals can affect the softness of Pookie's fur.
